About Me:
Growing up I could never finish anything I was good at. In 2001 I started painting for the first time in my life. That year was rough for me. I lost myself and my passion in life. In July of that year I randomly walked into a Michael's Arts and Crafts store in Greensboro NC and bought a couple of paint colors, a brush, and a white canvas. Ever since that day, I have been painting. My first painting was really hard to finish. I ended up painting 3 different paintings on my first canvas. My roommate, at the time, told me if I stopped where I was in the painting, she would buy it for 100 bucks. So I stopped. Then I started a new one. I have since learned when is a good time to finish a painting. Sometimes I can do one in a couple of hours. Many times it takes a good 3 weeks. Mostly I paint in the evenings, after work and before bed. What I like most about my paintings is that you can see different things. Some of my paintings are named, most of them are not. In many of them, you can see different things, so to name it, would be to limit the work to that one idea.
